This policy explains cookies and similar storage technologies used on trainifyhub.co.uk. SL BROTHERS LTD trading as TrainifyHUB is responsible for the choices described here. Read our Privacy Notice for personal-data purposes, recipients, rights and international-transfer information.
Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser. We also use browser local storage for a small number of essential, non-tracking purposes, listed below alongside the cookies they sit next to.
These are strictly necessary for the site to work and cannot be switched off in our preferences panel — blocking them in your browser may stop sign-in, checkout or course access from working.
Keeps you signed in and secures your session across page loads.
Protects form submissions and checkout from cross-site request forgery.
Remembers courses and packages in your basket (stored in your browser, not a tracking cookie).
Remembers which optional categories you've accepted or rejected, so we don't ask again every visit.
With your consent, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it. The analytics script is not loaded, and no analytics cookie is set, until you choose to allow it — accepting or continuing to browse the site does not turn this on by itself.
We don't currently run any advertising or social-media tracking pixels. Our preference centre also includes a Marketing category reserved for if that changes in future — nothing is set under it today.
Our cookie preferences panel also offers a Functionality category, intended for cookies that would remember optional preferences across visits. Nothing currently depends on this category — it's available for future features and stored if you choose, but has no effect today.
On your first visit, a banner offers Accept All, Reject Non-Essential, or Manage Preferences to choose categories individually and Save Preferences. Optional categories are off by default — they're only switched on if you actively choose to allow them.
You can review or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer of every page — withdrawing is just as easy as giving consent. You can also remove or block cookies through your browser settings; see the guide below.
Cookie choices do not by themselves opt you in or out of promotional email. Email preferences are handled separately, with their own unsubscribe link — see our Privacy Notice for how to object to direct marketing.
Our own essential cookies last for your session or, for a signed-in login, longer as needed to keep you signed in. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets cookies that typically persist for up to 2 years or until you withdraw consent, whichever is sooner — exact durations are set and controlled by Google and documented in Google's own cookie policy.
Google Analytics is operated by Google and may process information outside the UK, under Google's own safeguards for international transfers. Payment providers (SumUp, PayPal, Stripe) may set their own cookies while you're on their payment pages, under their own privacy and cookie policies.
Using this website does not by itself give consent to every third-party cookie or transfer — analytics cookies specifically require the choice described in section 5.
We review this policy at least annually and update it when the technologies, providers or applicable requirements materially change. For questions or to object, email support@trainifyhub.co.uk or write to our address below.
