Employers and training leads who set up the organisation and its training.
- 1Register your organisationCreate the organisation account that your team will sit under.Register
- 2Add your employeesUse Employees > Add employee to bring your staff in, each with their own login.
- 3Choose and assign coursesPick courses in Available Courses, then give them to people in Course Assignment.
- 4Track completionThe Completion Report shows who has started, who has finished and who still needs to.
- 5Keep your recordsUse Reports for the training records you need for audits and compliance.

Common questions
Go to Employees and choose Add employee. Each person gets their own login, and their training is linked to your organisation.
Choose the courses in Available Courses, then use Course Assignment to give them to the people who need them.
The Completion Report shows each person and course with their status, so you can see at a glance what is outstanding.
Yes. Someone with both can use Switch Workspace to move between their personal learning and your organisation.
